PS3 - Two New Games Confirmed For PlayStation Store Today

North American gamers will be happy to hear there will be a couple of choices for new full game releases on the PlayStation Store this week.

First up is Capcom's 1942: Joint Strike. This game is a remake of the classic 1942 arcade titles from the 1980s with a major graphics overhaul and some new multiplayer options, including online multiplayer missions. The video below should bring back some memories:

The other game is a big one for fans of survival horror- Siren: Blood Curse. In the game, you are part of an American tv crew doing a documentary on a village that had disappeared in a mud slide 30 years ago. When they arrive, they come upon a disturbing ritual taking place and during the confusion a siren blares? What does this siren warn of?

Siren: Blood Curse will be sold in 3 sets of episodic chunks for $14.99 each or one can buy the full game for $39.99. This game is comparable to those normally released on Blu-Ray in scope and is part of Sony's strategy to give a wider variety of choices in the store for gaming content.

Be sure to check out both of these games when the store gets updated later today!
