PS3 - Uncharted: Drake's Fortune Trophy Patch Available Now
Attention trophy hunters! Time to pop that copy of Uncharted: Drake's Fortune back into the PS3- Sony and Naughty Dog have the patch available now that adds the trophies to the game. Uncharted is the first game that has a Platinum trophy available, which is had when you collect all the others.
Adding the trophies was a simple matter for the team as the game already had a "medals" system in place that coincided with certain events. As fate would have it, those same medals equaled out to just the right amount that could be doled out for trophies. When you get one you will see the medal notification first, followed soon after by the trophy notification.
One thing to bear in mind- these trophies are not retroactive. To get them you will have to start right at the beginning and win them honestly. This was done due to the prevalence of PS3 game saves out there being shared on various sites. With this in mind I say good luck treasure hunters!
