PS3 - Upcoming Dark Void DLC Details
Capcom has unveiled some details about the DLC plans for Dark Void, wherein they provide extensive information on the new Survivor Missions that will be added onto the game next week.
As the publisher describes, this add-on content will be “arcade-esque” and the missions will challenge players to survive 10 rounds of heavy enemy onslaughts. But it is not just a matter of survival that you are aiming for here. You will also aim for the highest scores on the mode since score multipliers will earn you headshots.
The Survivor Missions pack will be released for the PS3 the day after it does on the Xbox 360, February 11. You can get it via PS Store for $5. Capcom reps cannot be reached for comments though about the PC version of the add-on content.
Dark Void is the first game produced by development studio Airtight Games, which is made up of some veteran developers who worked on the now-defunct FASA Studios (the same people behind Crimson Skies). Meanwhile, the game has been picked up for adaptation into live-action feature film.
