PSP - 3.95 Firmware Coming Soon
Word from Sony is we will soon be seeing a new firmware update for the PlayStation Portable. This will bring the system up to version 3.95.
Two of the main function tweaks for this firmware involve PSOne games and remote play. For the PSOne games, we will now be able to assign functions to the buttons by selecting Controller Settings>Assign Buttons>Custom. Handy for those that do not like the default controls of a game and it has no alternate selections.
For Remote Play, when you decide to quit it on the PSP you will now be given the option to turn off the PS3 as well. This menu will show up when you hit the Home button on the PSP.
The update is available now via the Network Update on the PSP, using your wireless connection.
