PSP - Australia Game Decvelopers Association "Optimistic" About PSP
Tom Crago, CEO of Tantalus Interactive and President of the Game Developers Association of Australia, expressed his optimism about the performance of the Sony PSP during the recent Dissecta session held in Melbourne.
Crago has cited previous reports released which predicted the death of Sony's handheld machine, and stressed the fact that more developers are now eager to produce games for the PSP.
Apparently, this wasn't the case before. This change of mind could be traced with the success of the new Slim & Lite version of the PSP. Also, there has been quite a few successful PSP games out there such as Patapon and God of War: Chains of Olympus.
Whatever the reason is, Crago says that the "PSP now seems to be looking pretty good for the next few years at least."
