PSP - Blood Bowl Coming To PSP
Cyanide Studios, developer of the Loki games, is currently working on the video game version for the PlayStation Portable, as well as the Xbox 360, PC and DS. No further details have been revealed except that the game should be ready late next year.
Created by Jervis Johnson and manufactured by Games Workshop, Blood Bowl is a 2-player war game originally launched in 1987, which parodies American Football while also including other fantastic elements such as elves, orcs, goblins and trolls. This will be the game's 4th edition, although Cyanide has released a PC title based on this game called Chaos League back in 2004.
Also, a 3D animation engine which “integrates physical and biomechanical laws under the control of a powerful artificial intelligence system” has been created by Cyanide and will be licensed to their fellow game developers. This same engine was reportedly used for the development of the new Blood Bowl game.
