PSP - Explodemon! Coming To PSP As Downloadable

Curve Studio is best known as an Indie game developer. However, they recently announced that they will be releasing a PSP version of their title Explodemon!, But this is not just going to be a regular PSP version, since it will be released on the PSP Go. Versions are also planned for PSN, Wiiware and the PC.

According to Jason Perkins, Curve Studio Managing Director, “As one of Europe's leading PSP developers we're very excited about the announcement of PSPGo. With its focus on digital distribution, PSP Go represents a great opportunity for us to capitalize on our experience on the platform and bring our own IP to portable gamers.”

For those who are new to Explodemon!, it is a 2.5D action platformer that features an exploding robot as its main character. It has been pointed out as a homage to Japanese action games while also featuring platforming and puzzle-solving elements.

There are no specified release date yet but it has been pegged for a 2010 release, which applies both for the PSN and PSP.
