PSP - Final Fantasy I And II: 20th Anniversary Collection Hits PAL Regions Early 2008
Square Enix has announced that the first two Final Fantasy games – Final Fantasy 1 and 2: 20th Anniversary Edition – will be released on the PSP in Europe and all PAL territories on February 8th of next year.
John Yamamoto, President and CEO of Square Enix, said the following about Final Fantasy 1 and 2: 20th Anniversary Edition:
“Final Fantasy and Final Fantasy 2 represent the foundations of the Square Enix success story. They are the first two imaginative steps in the long and distinguished history of the Final Fantasy franchise. With these beautiful new versions, fans can now experience the origins of Final Fantasy wherever they go.”
Fans will be more thrilled to find out that the new editions of the FF games will include a hefty amount of new features such as redrawn graphics and character art, all-new exclusive dungeons, full 16:9 widescreen visuals and an updated camera view. Definitely something to look forward to!
