PSP - Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core EU Date Confirmed
Recently, Square Enix has announced a concrete release date for their highly-anticipated PSP exclusive title Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII. You can start looking out for this game on March 25.
In a press release from Square Enix, they have revealed that gamers within PAL territories are also sure to get Crisis Core, citing a wide open Spring 2008 release for the said region.
Final Fantasy VII is the most successful installment off of the franchise to date, and Crisis Core takes you along the adventures of Zack which eventually leads up to the events up to FF VII.
As for its content and gameplay, Square Enix has made sure that it would be worth the wait for fans as they have incorporated several new additions into the game's PAL version. Among those new features not already included in the Japanese version are a full 16:9 widescreen presentation, an engaging battle system, as well as additional gameplay challenges.
According to Square Enix CEO and President John Yamamoto, “Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII is one of the most anticipated Final Fantasy releases of all times.” He further adds that “[t]he game pushes the boundaries of the PSP hardware and will offer a truly fantastic gameplay experience for new fans and fans of the original installment.”
