The developers of Lair have just confirmed that owners of the PS3 game will be able to play the game on their PSP by using the remote play linkup facility on your PS3.
Take a look at this video to see what we mean:
Basically, the PS3 transmits the current screen to the PSP and while there is a tiny amount of lag, you wont really notice it with this style of game.
Sony have confirmed that all game developers can now do this if they choose to.
Personally I would love to see the PSP used as a rear-view mirror in the forthcoming Gran Turismo game... can you think of any other great examples ?
Something else that would be a good use for the connectivity is maybe as a GPS unit for a stealth game, giving you an extra "lay of the land" to plan out where to go. Would work well for a rally game such as DiRT as well as a GPS.
