PSP - GO! Messenger Now Available In Europe
To all PlayStation Portable fans in Europe, Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE) has got something good for you! The Go! Messenger service is already final and available for download. All you need to do is hit its icon under the Network menu, and then you're good to go.
Similar to the Skype service on the PSP, SCEE's alternative Go! Messenger service offers free video, voice and instant messaging communication features. With the help of 2,500 BT Openzone hotspots, European PSP owners can now connect and communicate with ease.
As for now, it seems like the service will be exclusive within the European region, so if you are from that part of the world, it should be easy to chat and connect with your friends. You can make video calls with the use of the Go! Cam video camera. Meanwhile, you can use a headset to make voice chat, and an on-screen keyboard makes sending instant messages a breeze.
