PSP - New Firmware version 3.51 released

So somehow, we, here at APi, managed to miss the Firmware Update that Sony snuck out on the 29th June for the PSP.

To be honest, I don´t even remember seeing any news about it anywhere.

Anyway, I have added the links to the PSP Downloads section for the new version 3.51 firmware update.
