PSP - No DLC For Dissidia: Final Fantasy
PSP games found its roots in downloadable content, wherein most of the initial games for the said handheld console where in download format, thanks to the advent of the PlayStation Store. However, part two of a sit down interview with Dissidia: Final Fantasy's Director Takeshi Arakawa and Producer Yoshinori Kitase, revealed something that might not make too many fans delighted.
When asked of the possibility of releasing a DLC for Dissidia: Final Fantasy, all Takeshi Arakawa had to say was: “We have no plans at all for downloadable content.”
He further said of their plans for Dissidia: Final Fantasy in North America:
“As in the Japanese version, we have the PP-Catalogue system which is there to be unlocked, and also we are going to issue passwords which will enable you to unlock very strong characters, but no new characters will become available in the overseas version."
