PSP - RUMOR: PSP Go Being Bundled With Rock Band Unplugged?
Several people raised their eyebrow when Sony unveiled the PSP Go system, given that it carries a $249.99 price tag. Gamers could not rationalize the point of paying for such a hefty amount given that the PSP-3000 system offers all the capabilities of the PSP Go, including the UMD disc drive and is comparably cheaper at $169.99.
However, Best Buy was recently spotted making an offer for a PSP Go for the same price point but with an additional game. According to the site's product listing, "PSPgo system, USB cable, AC adapter, and Rock Band Unplugged voucher."
If you could remember, Rock Band Unplugged was launched way back in June and received a warm reception from fans. It debuted with a price tag of $39.99 and is now sold at $29.99.
Neither Sony nor Harmonix was able to confirm about the truth behind the promotion pack-in that featured the game as part of the PSP Go bundle.
