PSP - S-Video Cable For New PSP Not Coming To North America
The S-video cables for the PSP Slim & Lite, which is currently available in Japan and other markets, will not be available in North America as confirmed by Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA). Meanwhile, although the cable is available in the US, it is limited only to the composite and component ones.

To those of you who do not have access to the S-video cable, the internet has got some of these available and is priced at 2,200 Yen or roughly US $18.95.
