PSP - Space Invaders Get Extreme On PSP
The Space Invaders franchise is back with the new Space Invaders Extreme, which was first announced at the TGS 2007. At the time of the announcement Taito has revealed that the title will be a Nintendo DS exclusive.
Recent developments reveal that the latest installment of the Space Invaders series is also heading to the Sony PSP. This is according to the official website for Space Invaders Extreme.
Although no exact details about the game was revealed yet, it looks like the title has had some major improvements judging by the press demo that was made available during this year's Tokyo Game Show.
The game will feature some of the classic gameplay mechanics that we've come to expect of the series but we should also expect something new- we'll keep you posted as soon as Taito spills in more details regarding the game.
Space Invaders Extreme is slated for release February of 2008.
